CZ purlin roll-forming machine has three main parts, including uncoiler, forming station, and cutting section. It runs roughly according to the following eight parts: manual uncoiler/hydraulic uncoiler → feeding guide → leveling → optional pre-punching and pre-cutter → main roll mill → hydraulic post-cutting knife → PLC control system → discharge stand.

The first part is the uncoiler, which helps the inlet of incoming metal material and the worker slides the coil or sheet into the main CZ purlin roll-forming machine, and the whole process is continuous. The material slides along the equipment while making the roll or punch. The second part is the key component of the mechanical CZ purlin roll-forming machine station where the metal is rolled or stamped.
